90-day money-back guarantee

We want you to try Bareform properly. If you're not happy with it for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your order being delivered and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund: contact us with your order number and tell us briefly what didn't work for you. We'll confirm your refund, usually within 2 working days.

The guarantee covers opened and used bottles. You don't need to send the product back unless we ask you to.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.

Subscriptions: you can skip or cancel at any time before your next order. The 90-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
